The Wood County ESC has openings for a five-day-per-week substitute, a crucial role in the Multiple Disabilities Classrooms at Lake and Northwood Schools, and the Living Classroom for the 2024-25 school year. This position will fill in for both classroom teacher and paraprofessional vacancies, as needed.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

• A valid State of Ohio substitute teacher license or the ability to obtain one.
• A clear record as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation and/or the Federal Bureau of Investigation
• The ability to learn skills appropriate for the position, including the physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to travel to assignments

Salary: $110 per day for five days per week for 185 school days.
